About Us:

Oahe Special Education Cooperative or OSEC was organized in 1980.  We are a multi-service agency consiting of a group of schools in north central South Dakota.  The cooperative functions to assist member schools in providing a least restrictive educational environment for children birth through age 21 with special needs.  

The cooperative offers a variety services including Early Childhood Special Education, School-Age Special Education, Speech/Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Counseling, and Educational Psychological Evaluation.

The OSEC Board consists of one board representative from each of our member schools.  The member schools and board representatives are:
